Vision and Mission
Developing Humanities and Technology, Pursuing Professionalism, and Building Holistic Individuals
The College of Humanities and Education, based on the school’s educational principles and philosophy, advanced a “holistic education” thinking system, and developed humanities and technology, pursuing professionalism, and building holistic individuals as the ultimate goals into curriculum design, teaching method, and activities planning. Through this, it leads to the reverence for heaven and human, practical application, pursuit of knowledge, and benevolence towards all things. We expects every student in Chung Yuan can become a holistic individual:
To be a true person: someone who knows how to love themselves, their lives, and others.
To be a happy person: someone who understands how to respect themselves and others, and who attains freedom by trusting truth.
To be a passionate person: someone who can see the vibrant colors and richness in lives.
To be a healthy person: someone who is physically strong, mentally healthy, and spiritually flourishing.
